Helping you to dramatically improve and refine your customer skill by sharing experience, examining approaches to customers, and understanding that without customers, and significant emotional engagement there is no business.
Andy, has written speeches for politicians like Michael Heseltine and Michael Howard, been an award winning journalist, Communications and Commercial Director of the Tyne and Wear Metro and since the mid noughties has been working with some of the UK’s largest companies on a range of coaching. His first book “Have a Nice Day; thank you I won’t” which looks at why companies get it wrong when it comes to Customer Services is out on Kindle and I Books in the New Year.
Open to members and their guests this event provides businesses with a great opportunity to revie current customer activites and develop sound strategies to ensure that 2012 is one of success and prosperity.
As with all our events we encourage members and non members to pass the information onto colleagues , clients and friends who they feel could benefit from the subject matter and finding out more about the Network as a whole.
